- Are tickets sold per person?
No, one ticket = one passenger vehicle. Every attendee must be in their own seat with seatbelt fastened. Maximum of 8 people per vehicle. Tickets are $60 per vehicle. - Can I buy a ticket at the gate?
No, tickets will only be sold online prior to the event. - Can I bring children?
Yes, children are welcome at your discretion. We see everything from kids in carseats to cars full of grannies! All are welcome here. - What should I expect when I arrive?
Someone will check your ticket upon arrival. Please bring your ticket printout and/or phone with the barcode provided for you when you purchased your ticket. A guide will be there to direct traffic when you start. For the best experience we recommend that you drive with the windows down. - What hours are you open?
Tickets are sold in 15-minute increments on event dates, and we ask that you stick to that window of time to prevent traffic backup. While we're anxious to see you, we don't want you to wait in a long line. - Can I attend if I am pregnant, have a heart condition, or a health concern?
Please do not attend if you have ANY concerns related to your health or wellbeing. - How long is the Haunted Mile of Terror?
Do you really need to ask that? - What if it rains?
If there is heavy rain we may have to cancel an event. Please check the website or Facebook for updates and closures. If your event is rained out, you refund can be issued through ThunderTix. - Will there be parking?
This is a drive-through event, and you will not need to exit your car and park. - Will the actors try to touch me? Can I touch the actors, props, etc.?
No, the actors are not allowed to touch you, and you are not allowed to get out of your vehicle. - Can I get out of the vehicle?
No, you must always stay in your vehicle. - Will there be restrooms available?
Yes, there will be one at the entrance/exit. - Is photography/videoing allowed?
Yes, but absolutely NO flash photography. It disturbs the zombies.
